Parent Health / Well-being

Cooking light is a great way to achieve your weight loss goals in the New Year. When planning your meals, make it a point to choose recipes that have high nutritional value or can be cooked using healthy methods. You can also substitute ingredients if a recipe calls for something high in fat or sodium. For example, try using herbs or spices to add flavor instead of salt or butter.
